At ATHLTQ performance and recovery studio, we are committed to your performance and health journey by offering private training and small group classes that cater to your individual needs and goals. STRENGTH
Our private training sessions ensure one-on-one attention, allowing us to design a program that aligns with your specific goals, whether it's increasing strength, improving mobility, or enhancing athletic performance. We focus on sustainable progress, emphasizing technique, injury prevention, and long-term health. With a commitment to your individual journey, we use the latest training methods and equipment to ensure you’re always challenged and motivated, at a pace that’s right for you.
We work with Trainingpeaks if desired to log your workouts and progress and provide on remote workouts if necessary.
HYBRID
Take your fitness further with hybrid training at ATHLTQ, where we specialize in HYROX. As an official HYROX gym partner, we offer both personal training and small group classes led by world championship HYROX athletes.
With personal training we will have you in the studio one on one with a trainer to work specifically towards your next race.
We work with Trainingpeaks to log your workouts and progress and provide on remote workouts if necessary.
Our small group classes are unique, offering three focused tracks: Strength, Aerobic Base, and Threshold. Each is designed to help you build the specific skills and conditioning needed to excel in HYROX. Since we focus on not more than 12 people at one class we can focus on quality, form, execution and motivation. Our classes are all level entry and have a duration of 60/90 minutes. ENDURANCE
At ATHLTQ, we offer personalized endurance training both indoors and outdoors, including on the track, to help you build stamina and achieve your fitness goals. Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you're training for a specific event or enhancing your overall endurance. We incorporate data-driven tools like lactate testing, glucose monitors, heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate (HR), and even bloodwork to optimize your training and provide insights into your performance.
With our former track and field athlete guidance and cutting-edge technology, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body’s limits and improve your endurance in a smart, sustainable way.

HEALTH TESTING
Our uVida metabolic testing provides a detailed analysis of your metabolism, fitness, and overall health. Ideal for anyone looking to perform at their best, understand at what pace they should train on and stay healthy for the long term. We offer a resting and active metabolic test.
Testing in rest is to determine your Basal Metabolic Rate, how many calories you should take in on a daily basis, you metabolic flexibility, stress levels and what fuel you currently use the most (carbohydrates or fat). The test in rest is a 30 min. analysis while you sit. This test can only be done in the morning at a fasted state.
The activity test determines your vo2max, threshold, zone 1-5, respiratory health and how well and fast you recover. This test takes about 30 minutes and can be done on the treadmill or bike. You should not eat within 2 hours before the test.
Both tests total duration is 60 min. because they include immediate results.
In addition, our in-house functional medicine therapist supports your health by consultations and in-depth blood/urine analysis focused on performance and longevity. Our in-depth analysis are build to give you a complete overview of your health, but specifically into your energy system and metabolism to find out more about fatigue, insomnia, burn out and focus.

PERSONAL TRAINING and THERAPY

Pricing starts at €99 euro per session for PT, recovery treatments and uVida metabolic testing (60 min.).
PT sessions go by packages of 10 or more sessions at once. We always start with a free intake.
Therapy sessions can go one by one.
pt clients pay a service fee of €29 per 4 weeks, that includes free towel service, free fruits, discount on protein smoothies, discount on hyrox tickets and early bird registration for race events, unlimited use of our Hyperice recovery hub, free participation of our monthly athltq events.

Join our HYROX community by becoming a dedicated member of our HYROX training club. our memberships start at 1 class per week to unlimited classes per week.
