STRENGTH

Our private training sessions ensure one-on-one attention, allowing us to design a program that aligns with your specific goals, whether it's increasing strength, improving mobility, or enhancing athletic performance. We focus on sustainable progress, emphasizing technique, injury prevention, and long-term health. With a commitment to your individual journey, we use the latest training methods and equipment to ensure you’re always challenged and motivated, at a pace that’s right for you.


We work with Trainingpeaks to log your workouts and progress and provide on remote workouts if necessary.

HYBRID

Take your fitness further with hybrid training at ATHLTQ, where we specialize in HYROX. As an official HYROX gym partner, we offer both personal training and small group classes led by world championship HYROX athletes.


With personal training we will have you in the studio one on one with a trainer to work specifically towards your next race.


We work with Trainingpeaks to log your workouts and progress and provide on remote workouts if necessary. 


Our small group classes are unique, offering three focused tracks: Strength, Aerobic Base, and Threshold. Each is designed to help you build the specific skills and conditioning needed to excel in HYROX. Since we focus on not more than 12 people at one class we can focus on quality, form, execution and motivation. Our classes are all level entry.

ENDURANCE

At ATHLTQ, we offer personalized endurance training both indoors and outdoors, including on the track, to help you build stamina and achieve your fitness goals. Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you're training for a specific event or enhancing your overall endurance. We incorporate data-driven tools like lactate testing, glucose monitors, heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate (HR), and even bloodwork to optimize your training and provide insights into your performance.


With our former track and field athlete guidance and cutting-edge technology, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body’s limits and improve your endurance in a smart, sustainable way.

RECOVERY

At ATHLTQ, we offer comprehensive personal recovery services to help you heal, restore, and perform at your best.


Using the latest Hyperice recovery tools, including Normatec compression sleeves, hip compression, massage guns, and heated devices, we provide targeted treatment to accelerate recovery. Our recovery approach goes beyond just tools—we also offer personalized therapies such as massage, Active Release Therapy (ART), P-DTR, and stretching and mobilization techniques.


We take a holistic approach by diagnosing your needs, addressing any issues, and creating a tailored treatment program that best supports your recovery and long-term performance goals.


Whether you're recovering from intense training or injury, we’re here to help you bounce back stronger.

HEALTH

We offer personalized health services to support your overall well-being, both inside and out. Our functional medicine consultations take a holistic approach to health, focusing on understanding the root causes of any imbalances or issues. We provide consultations as in-depth analysis of bloodwork, feces examinations, and other data-driven lab tests to give you a complete picture of your health.


This service isn’t just for ATHLTQ athletes—it’s open to anyone looking to optimize their health, prevent illness, or address specific concerns. 


Our functional medicine therapist is specialized in gut and liver health, hormonal balance, performance nutrition, burn out symptoms and treats children and works with EMB and/or Biovis Labs.

PERSONAL TRAINING and THERAPY

Pricing starts at €99 euro per session (60 min.).

PT sessions go by packages of 10 or more sessions at once. We always start with a free intake.


Therapy sessions can go one by one.


pt clients pay a service fee of €29 per 4 weeks, that includes free towel service, free fruits, discount on protein smoothies, discount on hyrox tickets and early bird registration for race events, unlimited use of our Hyperice recovery hub, free participation of our monthly athltq events.
